Unless otherwise specified in the event registration information, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply. An attendee may cancel his/her registration and request a refund, if the greater of 3 business days or 72 hours notice is given prior to the event date/time. A $10 cancellation fee will apply. No refund is available for events in which the registration fee is $15 or less. To cancel and request a refund, please use the contact provided in the registration information, and if none is provided, submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations cannot be made on-line.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Personally identifiable information is only collected when you voluntarily provide it by filling out a form, sending us an email, or making other direct contacts. We do not sell or rent this information to any third parties. We do, however, share this information with affiliated organizations as necessary to fulfill your requests for information or services, and/or to provide membership benefits.
