OSEIA's Focus on Public Policy

An important part of OSEIA's mission is to "drive public policy which supports the rapid growth of the (solar) industry." 

We are engaged in a very challenging legislative environment.  Perhaps victims of our own success, the solar industry, and renewable energy in general, are at risk of losing significant ground due to the current budget crisis and the backlash against incentive programs that have fueled Oregon's economy these past few years.
