A presentation developed in cooperation with industry, the Oregon Department of Energy, and the Energy Trust of Oregon, Go Green $ave Green provides basic guidance for home builders and designers wishing to pursue support in the construction of more Energy Efficient Homes. We will discuss the products, processes and design features encouraged by the various programs and provide an overview of program contacts and application sources. We will also review some of the specific equipment and installation requirements for including Solar Water Heating and Solar Electric systems.
The course will be paired with indepth 4-hour technical workshops on residential solar PV and residential solar plumbing (registration is separate).
